Availability

When it comes to availability, TheRexTech offers both drop-off services and appointments by reservation. Our waiting period for drop-offs is an estimated 3-5 business days for a diagnosis with updates via text, call, or email during the process.

Appointments have a 24-hour cancellation window, which you can cancel by giving us a text or call at (208) 371-9823. The reservation fee costs $20 for us to have a thorough one-on-one analysis with your machine, and may take 10-30 minutes depending on the issue you're experiencing. You MUST be present for the appointment so that you and our technician can be on the same page. If you drop off your computer and leave, it will be pushed to the back of the line for our standard 3-5 business day wait, even if you’ve made an appointment (we will of course drop the appointment charge if this is the case). There is no diagnostic fee within the 10-30 minute window of time for the appointment, and as always, if we don't fix it you don't pay!

Suppose you wish to expedite your diagnosis due to a computer emergency or a lack of available appointments. In that case, we have a $75 expedition fee to bump your computer to the front of the line.
